| * For Mini Buffet, there is No Table & Warmer provided. All food will be contained in aluminium foil, no collection is required. |

| * Once order is comfirmed, there will be a cancellation charge 35%. |

| * Please ensure that a Point-of-contact is contactable at all times (not in silent mode, in a meeting)
during the delivery, this is to ensure an open and reliable communications links between the client and the delivery personnel. |

| * The management reserves the right to change the items on the menu without prior notice (e.g. for non-availability of raw materials or late
arrival of supplier's stock.) |

| Delivery and Collection |

| * Due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic jams, parking problems) We may be 30 min early or 30 min late. |

| * Set up time 1 hr. |
| |
| * If your buffet's ready time is after 7pm. The last collection time is still 10pm (regardless of the 4 hr duration). |

| * For requested collections after the 4 hrs duration, the management reserves the right to charge and additional $ 10 for each additional hour. |

| Reservation & Booking |

| * At least 3 working days in advance prior to function date, all booking is upon availability. |
| |
| * All online booking is comfirmed when our cutomer services officer re-confirms with you in next 24 hrs. |
