| 5. There will be a delivery surcharge
of $10 for normal orders less than $50. |

| 6. There will be a delivery surcharge
of $10 for Full Month orders less than $100. |

| 7. The prices of roses are expected to increase
during the period of Valentine's Day. |

| 8. No accumulation points for Full Months cakes. |

| 9. Refund will be given at the discretion of the company management. If there is any
problem with the cake we would appreciate if you returned the cake to us
within 3 working days before we can consider a refund.
