| 3. Please do not send cash, cash payment
should be made in person or collecte
by authorised Creative employee with
a Creative reciept. All cheque/money
order should be crossed and made payable
to Ecreative Group. |

| 4. We reserve the rights to replace any item
with another of equivalent value depending on availability. |

| 5. There will be a delivery surcharge
of $10 for Cakes orders less than $60. |
| |
| 6. There will be a delivery surcharge
of $10 for Full Month orders less than $100. |

| 7. Refund will be given at the discretion of the company management. If there is any
problem with the cake we would appreciate if you returned the cake to us
within 3 working days before we can consider a refund.

| 8. Price & Design |
- Price are available on request based on individual design, size and choice of fillings.
- Price, terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
- Actual design & colour may vary from the images on the brochure & website.

| 9. Amendments order best before 48
hours (call us for further information). |
| |
| 10. $10 surcharge will apply for cake order less than 48 hours.
(Accept Full Month Order - 3 days advance notice). |

| 11.Cancellation of order |
- Cancellation charge of 20% will impose via all approved credit card payment
orders.
- A 50% surchange of order price will apply for order less than 48 hours before
delivery/ collection date.
- All deposit are non- refundable.

| 12. Less than a day ordering of cakes through phone or on-line a surcharge of $20/- will impose. |
| |
| 13. There will be a partial refund for cakes which are not delivered due to no response from customer upon delivery. The amount of refund will be given at company's descretion. |

| 14. Termination of the point redemption system will effect from end of December 2010. |

| * Full buffet setup with food warmers, tables. table cloth, trash bags & skirting. |

| * Full set of disposable wares, serviettes, chili & tomato sauce. |
| |
| * Collection time will be 4 hours per function upon arrival time. (Except For Mini Buffet & Mini Hi Tea) |

| * All drinks are not allowed to changed to food items. |
| |
| * Delivery charge $40 (except Mini
Buffet is $20), if meet $500 & above
free delivery. |

| * For Mini Buffet, there is No Table & Warmer provided. All food will be contained in aluminium foil, no collection is required. |

| * Once order is comfirmed, there will be a cancellation charge 35%. |

| Delivery and Collection |

| * Due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic jams, parking problems) We may be 30 min early or 30 min late. |

| * Set up time 1 hr. |
| |
| * If your buffet's ready time is after 7pm. The last collection time is still 10pm (regardless of the 4 hr duration). |

| * For requested collections after the 4 hrs duration, the management reserves the right to charge and additional $ 10 for each additional hour. |

| Reservation & Booking |

| * At least 3 working days in advance prior to function date, all booking is upon availability. |
| |
| * All online booking is comfirmed when our cutomer services officer re-confirms with you in next 24 hrs. |
