CATERING
- Full buffet setup with food warmers, trash bags, table & skirting.
- Full set of disposable wares, serviettes, chili sauce.
- Collection time will be 4 hours per function upon arrival. (Except For Mini Buffet & Mini High Tea)
- All drinks are not allowed to be changed to food items.
- Food is best consumed within 3 hours.
- For the Mini Buffet, No Table and warmer are provided. All food will be contained in aluminium foil, and no collection is required.
- Please ensure that a Point-of-contact is contactable at all times (not in silent mode, in a meeting) during the delivery, this is to ensure an open and reliable communications links between the client and the delivery personnel.
- The management reserves the right to change the items on the menu without prior notice (e.g. for non-availability of raw materials or late arrival of supplier’s stock.)
DELIVERY CHARGES
- Mini Buffet, Bento or Tea Party $40 ($43.60 incl.GST) per delivery. Delivery time: subject to 1hr allowance.
- Buffet & High Tea $70 ($76.30 incl.GST) per location, if meet $1000 ($1090 incl. GST) & above, free delivery.
- Half-Day Seminar Packages $80 ($87.20 incl.GST) per location
- Full-Day Seminar Packages $120 ($130.80 incl.GST) per location
- Buffet & High Tea setup time 1 hr.
- Delivery to Marina Bay Sands, CBD & Central Areas additional surcharge $15 ($16.35 incl. GST). Denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Bras Basah – 18, 19; Orchard – 22, 23, 24.
- Delivery to Jurong Island & Sentosa Island additional surcharge $20 ($21.80 incl. GST).
- A festive surcharge of $20-$30 is applicable for all delivery orders during the festive period.
- If your buffet’s ready time is after 7 pm. The last collection time is still 10 pm (regardless of the 4-hour duration).
- Our standard delivery and collection time is between 9 am and 10.00 pm, with 8.30 am as the earliest delivery time and 10.00 pm as the latest collection time.
- Early Surcharge of $20 (w/GST $21.80) is applicable for delivery before 9 am.
- For requested collections after the 4 hrs duration, the management reserves the right to charge an additional $10 ($10.90 Incl. GST) for each additional hour.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic jams, parking problems), we may be 30 min early or 30 min late.
- An additional surcharge of $30 (w/GST $32.70) per floor is applicable for stairs climbing involved.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Full payment has to be made upon receipt of order confirmation. Unless for corporate orders who having credit terms.
- We accept payment via online PAYNOW.
- Payment by PAYNOW UEN: 201913562N / BANK TRANSFER DBS 072-011340-3. Cheque. Cheque payment, please issue to “Ecreative Catering Pte.Ltd.”. (Only available for Corporate Orders)
- A 3% administrative charge on top of the total bill is applicable for Credit & Debit Card payments.
- All prices are subject to change and the prevailing GST charge.
BOOKING AND SALES ORDER CONFIRMATION
- At least 3 working days in advance prior to the function date, all booking is upon availability.
- All online booking is confirmed when our customer services officer re-confirms with you within the next 24 hrs.
- Customers are responsible for checking the order delivery details (Eg. Delivery date & Time) provided in the order confirmation. Due to a typo error!
- Any amendments must be made at least 2 working days prior to the event date. For amendments made in less than 2 working days, a handling fee will apply.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
- Kindly contact our sales representative (Monday to Friday) at least 3 working days before the event date for any cancellation.
- Once an order is confirmed, there will be a cancellation charge of 35%
